One of the best tower people in the industry is Tim Jellison - KL7WV: http://kl7wv.com/I've been a broadcast engineer for over 30 years, and I worked with him on an install at N3ND and was really impressed by his planning and knowledge. I understand he is one of the tower contractors of choice for a few east coast superstations like K3LR and others. I'm not sure what he considers his service area, but it may be worth touching base with him.
