You need "good grounding" for the arrestors. That's how they work. You need 
someplace for the juice to go after they do their job.

With a quick check of the PolyPhaser site I did not not find a PDF of their 
book I got from their one day class, 15 years ago.

Later, I'll find the book and check for a link.
