I was at Array Solutions a couple of weeks ago and bought two of their TB2
thrust bearings to go on my UST HDX-589 towers. The ones previously on my tower
were 4 hole bearings, but the 2 hole ones from Array Solutions fit exactly in
two diagonal holes where the old bearings were installed.
They do have grease zerks and cost just over $100 each.
