Quite a few EZNEC power users hang out here on TowerTalk.  If you are one of 
them then this thread recently started over on qrz.com may be of interest:

Among other things it shows how to use EZNEC's transmission line feature to 
easily calculate the total line loss, with results much more accurate than 
using the typical "Additional Loss Due to SWR" formulas or graphs.
