[TowerTalk] Any surplus hardline around New England?

I'm looking for surplus hardline around New England, within a driving 
distance from SE CT or Boston. 

Had a lead on some but it never came through. If you have any or know 
where I might look, please contact me directly. Good pulls from a 
commercial tower would be fine.
