If you configure the 3 el steppir yagi, so it has a DIR on each end of the boom, and the DE in the middle, I assume its bi-directional. But does it also have BI-directional gain ?? Like 4 db gain in both directions ? I cant find my copy of YO, so I have no way to model this. If it does have bi-directional gain, I can see where it would come in handy, under certain conditions.
