I've got a run of CATV hardline I'd like to use. But on cutting into it, I see the shield is of the foil variety - with no wire. (The outside is blue; inside is shiny.) What's the best way to connect? I'm guessing some hose clamp arrangement, but I'm not sure the blue exterior is conductive. What connectors are typically used by the cable companies? Any help? tnx, /Bill, K2PO _______________________________________________ _______________________________________________ TowerTalk mailing list TowerTalk@contesting.com http://lists.contesting.com/mailman/listinfo/towertalk |
