I have an ancient pair of Advocet biking shoes that I've repurposed for tower climbing. They're light duty and have a steel shank in them. They have some ridges in them which were originally for the pedals, but the tower members fit nicely between them. My only regret is that they don't have more ankle support/protection, but I haven't had any issues with them to-date. Happy Climbing, Fred, NP2X _______________________________________________ _______________________________________________ TowerTalk mailing list TowerTalk@contesting.com http://lists.contesting.com/mailman/listinfo/towertalk |
