It seems only one responder stated a tiltover arrangement would allow
antenna maintenance/repair without having to climb it or rent a bucket truck.
A winch + pulley setup is used to haul it up/down.
Of course, the mast length needs to be at least half the height of the pole.
Also, the sections of structural tube (NOT pipe) should be capable of
withstanding the twisting stresses and pinned or welded at each joint.
To avoid bending stress on the rotator, place it at the bottom of the mast.
I've been doing that with a CDE TR44 since 1970, at the bottom of
a 26 ft tall guyed mast, under a 3el 15m yagi and later, a Cushcraft A3.
