Good old bailing wire, if you can find it any more, will stand the
test of time and the sun. It may get a bit rusty but it will hold
indefinitely and is soft enough, that you can twist it with your
hands, if need be.
OTOH, if Steve needs non conductive, the house wire that Gerald
recommends, if you use care and don't damage the insulation, would do.
I've never found any plastic/nylon type of wire wraps that have held
up for any period of use, even in the Bay Area or let alone the warm
AZ weather. Even the black UV impervious ones. Wrapping in
electrical or even Gorilla duct tape does not hold up here.
BTW, What is a source for strong antenna wire that has UV protecting
insulation. Maybe like stranded Copper Weld. It would be used in
unsupported lengths of maybe > 300 feet ?
