The Butternut coil is used for matching - its impedance is too low
to be a useful static choke without effecting the tuning/SWR of the
antenna.

A few feet of enameled copper wire, about a one-inch form (discarded), and 
you're done. IIRC, you can download a manual from Bencher and find out the 
right amount of turns.
