"those who have email addresses NOT on yahoo.com are bounced (you do
NOT receive the message) while those with yahoo.com email addresses DO
receive Tom's messages."
This may not be entirely true , my email is a Yahoo.com address and I got the
bounce notice also...

What I am trying to convey is if Tom has a xxxx@yahoo as the originator of a
message, those who have email addresses NOT on yahoo.com are bounced (you do
NOT receive the message) while those with yahoo.com email addresses DO
receive Tom's messages. After a number of bounces you receive a
reregistration notice.
If I understand the problem, the bounces are only caused by those using a
yahoo,com email address.
