[TowerTalk] conveerting to 45

I would buy a 45 mounting base.then cut holes it it to allow the old 25 tower 
legs to penetrate just a few inches.have a welder come in and weld the 45 base 
to the old 25 stubs.might use epoxy on the plate.but once that is welded grout 
the new plate..should be fine from there..
