Hi Dan -
If the voltage is noncritical enough to accept 5.1v instead of 4.7v, perhaps just a resistive voltage divider would get you through the weekend, or, if the load current varies quite a bit, a series of plane old diodes, allowing for the difference in voltage drop between silicon and germanium, might accomplish the task, or foot that matter, three nominal "!.5" volt batteries would get you pretty close. It all depends on how important the contest is.
