Or you can set up a tall fiberglass ladder next to the tower and climb that:)

The rub is the insulated tower sections from ground. It can be done with
fibreglass rods. Need a bucket truck or man lift to assemble. I'd be
scared to climb a tower on 1.5'' fibreglass rods. But with a bit of
pondering things can be overcome.
