I'm registered on the surplus site and sent a message asking why what looks like a commercial-off-the-shelf tower trailer had to be demilitarized (i.e. cut into scrap). I expected to hear the towers were damaged or in questionable condition. Actually, I never got any response to my inquiry. Kudos to Jon who sent a letter to his congressman.
