Hi fellow TT’s ers I am a planning a rebuild a F-12 Magnum 340 D The element loading wires need to be replaced... I my Memory serves me correct, The original F-12 40 meter antennas used Aluminum clad steel wire . is this what I should use ? I seem to remember a problem of fatigue failure at the clamping stud ? Any suggestions and a source for correct replacement wire ? Thanks Wayne, W3EA _______________________________________________ _______________________________________________ TowerTalk mailing list TowerTalk@contesting.com http://lists.contesting.com/mailman/listinfo/towertalk |
