These bolts require torquing to 350 lbs. I know US Tower says to just tightened. I've done installations where the permit required torquing and had to have a registered deputy inspector watch me torque them to 350 lbs. Tri-Ex many years ago went from the A325 to a A307. Still high strength but did not require the torquing.
