[TowerTalk] Open sleeve dipole

Hi All

I'm thinking of putting up a sleeve dipole for 40/20 made with 450 window 
line, like the one that was in QST.

Can you weave some 300 ohm ribbon in between the windows - say like for 15 
and 17 through the windows in the 450 ohm line and make it a 4-band dipole?
