I suspect that 80% of the folks who order this tower don't crank it up and
down very often. I've cranked similar towers up and down, and it is a
good, asymmetric upper body workout - I'm in pretty good shape and I work
up a good sweat.
For me, it is worth the extra. That's a decision you'll need to make for
yourself.
