[TowerTalk] Lightning arrestor (I.C.E 300/U) for SteppIR yagi at tower base or at Shack entry

Hi,

I got a 60 feet run from the antenna down, a grounded utility box, then a 150 
foot run of LMR400, then another grounded utility box, and another 10 feet to 
the rig.  In which off the 2 utility boxes should I install the I.C.E. 
lightning arrestor?
