30-50’ of 25 would be great, especially with a tilt base.
You and a couple of buds can manhandle 30’ easily.
You have to have one set of guys, but they can be very simple, with screw in
anchors.
If the stars are right, you can get a powerpole set cheaply, no guys, but
you’ll have to do all maintenance in the air.
Try sweet talking the electric people.
With a tiny bit of work, you can put the rotor at ground level, solving most of
the maintenance issues.
You can use a low rotor with 25 too. 2” EMT makes a fine mast for a tribander.
Just don’t go far above the top of the tower/pole.
We use that at Field Day, 40’ of 25, and it’s fine.
A modest antenna at 30’ will likely beat anything else you’ve had!
Use good hardware and assemble it carefully and it can survive your ice.
