[TowerTalk] Membership

I just received an email (from:  towertalk-owner@contesting.com, )
which says my account with TowerTalk will be suspended for an inordinate
amount of "bounces".  I have not seen any "bounces"; so I am wondering
if the advisory is legitimate.  I hate to click on the links, BUT it does know
my password.

Please advise,
