Hi Tom,

I think what you want is a NON Coring concrete bit ... pulverizes the 
material rather than cutting a core. Used wet only. Different sizes ... 
you might check with the local granite / stone fabrication shops.
Google brings up a bunch of different hits for non coring concrete bit.
