I have a 48' Rohn HDBX tower. There is a Cushcraft A3S Tribander with the 40m add-on on the top. I was thinking of putting a 80m flat top dipole up using the tower as one support. The attach point would be about 32' up the tower. A local ham has concerns with the weight and pull of the dipole against a self supporting tower like the HDBX. Anyone have any data on this? Thanks,Kelley - W0RK _______________________________________________ _______________________________________________ TowerTalk mailing list TowerTalk@contesting.com http://lists.contesting.com/mailman/listinfo/towertalk |
