Use the tuner, if it's a manual one mark the dials for cw and ssb, or use a
switch to bypass it for cw and only use it for ssb... works fine, lasts a
long time, and can compensate for changes over time or that one time you
need to operate up at 7290 for an emergency net or sweepstakes or some other
weird event.

Subject: [TowerTalk] SWR Management: 2 Element 40m Beam
I have a F12 2 Element shorty 40 beam mounted on my mast at 87'. The swr is
setup per the manual, 2.0:1 swr points are between 7.0 and 7.14 as expected.
I would like to operate the beam on LSB as well. Other than putting a tuner
in line, are there any other options like some magic length of 75 ohm coax
for two swr dips.
Thanks
