[TowerTalk] 1998 QST article 40 M Vee-Yagi

Am in search for the article that was published in QST, 1998 (sorry, don't 
remember the month) that described the Vee Yagi for 40 Meters.  The article was 
written by WA3FET and NW3Z.
 
Would appreciate getting a copy (scanned is fine) and emailed to me.  Thanks in
