I leave the ends of the coax open and measure across the choke with the short test leads attached to the shield at either end. Just like you would measure any inductor. The AIM will then plot Impedance, Reactance and Resistance as a function of frequency. 73 Craig AC0DS So you short shield and center together on each end, and then measure across the whole assembly with some jumpers from Coax on AIM to the UUT?
