Something to remember about pigeons: They cook up real good and are
considered a delicacy.
Fortunately here in the states it's open season on pigeons year round
I recommend pellet guns rather than shotguns or 22's and do not try to
shoot them off your tri-bander. Unless you are a very good shot it'll
probably do more damage to the antenna than the pigeon.
As a kid raised on a farm I learned how to catch them and how good a
dish they can be. Thing is it takes 5 or 6 per person.
