Yes, the tower is Rohn and yes, it was designed to be unguyed.
It's Rohn HD3-5-54G. It's retractable, tilts at the bottom and folds at
about 8 feet. The documents say it's experimental, which may explain why
Rohn claims they never made a crank up.
