Those look nice, but a quick google search didn't reveal any pricing. I'm
thinking they are pretty expensive; not sure it would yield a savings over
other methods (exothermic).

that's because those parts are intended for commercial ground bonding
purposes (electrical safety and lightning), not the bottom of a vertical
antenna (RF ground). There's no need for strap in the former
application, since RF losses aren't what they care about. They worry
about good contact and mechanical security and installation time.
Connectors for thin strap are going to be a niche market, since there's
just not that many vertical antenna installations to worry about. For
more "bar" like connections (e.g. 1/8x1" bar), conventional bolted
connections work pretty well, and there are off the shelf lugs and bolts
approved for the purpose.
