I used to have the T-8 and I was able to make contacts on 6m as well, but
the performance leaves much to be desired I would say and the SWR was around
2.5-3....
In the future, I will be building a new station/tower in a new location and
I would like to improve the antenna system, considering many different
factors, my plan is to:
- adding two more elements to the new tower from 40ft to 60ft + 10ft mast
- saving cost and space on the mast and combine 6m with the HF beam - T11
- install rotatable dipole on the top to cover 40m band
This way I would have two antennas covering all bands 40m-6m with decent
performance.

FWIW I have a T10 which is not spec'd for 6M, but presents an acceptable
SWR. Don't know what its radiation pattern is, but it seems to work "decent"
on 6M. I spoke to Tennadyne at one time and they (not Chuck) said they have
reports of it working OK on 6M but would neither confirm nor deny.
I also use a T28 for VHF and UHF, and don't see much difference between T10
and T28 on 6M. I am just a casual 6M operator, so YMMV.

Subject: [TowerTalk] Tennadyne T-11 performance on 6m
Hi,
I'd like to find out more on the T-11's 6m performance? I used to have T-8
version, so I think that on 20-10m I will get the same results.
Thanks
Mario
