Gary, I remember seeing that information on the Rohn website not that long ago 
but IIRC 3 sections (2 above the bracket) would be too much for a full load 
rating.  

OTOH, you might get away with if if your antenna is reasonably small and you 
have good weather.

I may put up a Rhon 45G but prefer free standing with bracket to house at
-10 feet and mounted in adequate cement.  What level would be safe - 3
ections be ok?
Is there a formula?
