Not only that, but the radiation resistance is higher on 17 meters and above
compared to a 1/4-wave vertical (Rrad is proportional to (length/qtr-wave
length)^2. So assuming non-perfect ground, you'll also pick up system
efficiency at the higher frequencies with a 43-foot vertical.
