If the pvc is the correct size for the amount of cable allowing for
additional cables and the cable to be pulled is properly bundled that will
not happen. The pull rope sits outside the bundle. This method has been
successfully used for years. Blowing a new run is difficult when your run
is not straight. The key is "when properly done"
