[TowerTalk] AB-577 grounding

I'd appreciate hearing how folks have effectively grounded their
AB-577 military push-up masts.  Where/how did you earth the lower
frame and how did you tie the mast to the frame?  I know that there is
otherwise little electrical contact between the mast itself and the
frame.
