I took a lightning hit 4 years ago, and State Farm couldn't have been
easier to deal with. I had confirmed from the start that my tower and
antennas were an "accessory structure", our insurance covers replacement
value, and our local agent is great. Nobody even came out to check my
story - they just took my list of damaged stuff and cut me a check the
next day.
