I'm putting together a KLM 40M-2B and have two questions about the linear loading/jumper straps: 1. Do the metal straps next to the boom face down or up? 2. When connecting the far ends of the linear loading tubing to each side of the 4 inch insulator (about half way out the element), do the ends of the tubes fasten to the top or the bottom of where the two element pieces meet? Thanks. The manual isn't clear.
