[TowerTalk] Need help with a Mosley TW31XL manual or element diagram

A friend of mine is trying to put together a TW31XL and needs a copy of the 
manual which shows the aluminum placement and the 30 meter coil turns.  Even 
a diagram of the actual element will help.
