John,

One way is to use brackets from DX Engineering
http://www.dxengineering.com/Parts.asp?ID=3320&PLID=105&SecID=94&DeptID=19&P
artNo=DXE-CGB-150 .

I have one but haven't used it yet. I have a DX Engineering remote antenna
switch at the top and ICE arrestors on a ground rod at the bottom.

Also http://www.thewireman.com/prodpix4.html and
http://www.thewireman.com/ground.html#857 .

What is the best way to do this and still keep water out of the cable?
