[TowerTalk] f12 C19XR info

I will like to know if some one  have this antenna , documentation or the NEC 
file 


I have af12  C3E and  several elements from others  F12  antennas and was 
thinking  if will have a 

big difference to convert it to a C19XR, will appreciate any input
