You've had some useful replies, and an explanation of the purpose of
connections to pins 1 to 5.
You say you only have 4 pins connected in your box; there's your problem !

Hey Guys,
So, I put the antenna and rotor back up yesterday. My rotor refuses to
turn. I am running about 350 feet from the controller to the rotor.
Anyone know of a way to check from the ground if the rotor is good and
possibly just the control box. I looked inside the control box and only
four wires go to the pin assembly. Can I just apply power to two of the
correct wires to see if it works?
Appreciate any help you might have.
Steve
