[TowerTalk] HDX-555 Hardware

Anyone have a source for the ASTM A36 11/8" X 2" OD X 5/8" thick washers 
called for in the HDX-555 tower base diagrams? I am also wanting to know 
the spec on the tower to base bolts, Are these a type "O" tower bolt or 
something else?
