I helped a friend make plate similar to the DX engineering out of fairly thick
copper about 1 foot square. He had the idea to use copper split bolts to
connect the wires. Just a matter of drilling holes large enough on the
perimeter. He had bought the copper with a large enough hole in the center.
Splt bolts are surely more expensive than regular bolts but solves the
dissimilar metal issue as everything will be copper.
