The MFJ analyzer is very sensitive.  I've had false readings that
turned out to be due to the presence of strong AC line noise.  If you
have a big enough antenna and the noise is strong enough, it will
alter your vswr measurment.  Not by much but enough to be irritating
if you don't know what's going on.  Like for example a 1:1 match
reading 1.5:1 on the MFJ.
