Both Hy-Gain and Cushcraft were moved to Starkville. I know this
because, I ordered a Cushcraft CT2 trap for an R-7000 about 6 months
ago. They made no bones about the fact that they were swamped with the
recent acquisition of Cushcraft as well as ongoing challenges to get the
Hy-Gain line organized and that it would take them some time to make the
trap. It took about 4 months before I finally received it. The
workmanship looks good (at least on the outside), but the resonant
frequency was off significantly. I have, however, seen that problem with
pre-MFJ cushcraft traps, so it may be a lack of a proper test procedure
in the documentation that MFJ inherited from Cushcraft.
