Belden RG213 (8267) is pretty bullet proof and I used on the antennas and
rotator loop. I use Heliax down the tower to the shack. It is probably
considerably more expensive then when you last purchased your Belden RG8 and
it is not that easy to purchase in small quantities. LMR 400 is probably
also a good option and has slightly less loss.

Closing in on 3 decades since I bought any coax. Back then, everybody said,
just get Beldon,
and the only game in town was RG8.
Now???
What are your thoughts on brands?
What about types?
RG8?
RG213?
LMR400?
BuryFlex?
Something else?
Thanks,
