Yup, me too...two ignored emails, two ignored phone calls, and a grumpy
customer waiting for replacement parts. I'm ticked! He's happy to take my
money and ship something, but is ignoring any other attempts at
communicating.

He seems to have disappeared which apparently is nothing new for him. I
placed an order and got a quick automatic reply but that's it. I also had
various queries ignored over the last 2 months. In any other world I would
just walk away but Idiom Press makes some items that have no competition.
Seems that Rob is taking advantage of us with such great customer service.
