Your challenge in getting a tower up in Florida will be construction to meet
code. After hurricanes over the last 10 years, many counties are on the
140MPH/3 second gust list on RS-222-G.

No matter what it is, you'll likely need an engineer's certification for
your tower design to get a permit - and you'll need a permit almost
everywhere. It can be done, but make sure your design meets the requirement
for the county of installation or hire a trusted erection service to be your
guides.
