[TowerTalk] TX-472 Raising Fixture

I asked this question several years ago and was sent a private message and cant 
seem to locate the message any longer , and I do not remember who it was from . 

Anyhow , does anyone have the construction details for the raising fixture as I 
now need to build one as I am putting the tower back up (finally) this fall.

Any help would be greatly appreciated...
